ABOUT ME

Sophie has just finished a bachelor of music majoring in digital performance on the cello... Included in this university course was the study of music and human behaviour and a side project trip to the solomon islands to hold community music workshops with kids on the streets of honiara... Currently performing with many local brissie bands as well as the Deep Blue Orchestra (www.deepblueorchestra.com) and working hard to make community music workshops a big part it...!n Sophie loves nothing more than being around all different types of music and witnessing the wonderful and mysterious human reactions to it....

Dean grew up in harare, zimbabwe and came to the sunny brisvagas to futher his education in the world of computer games design... he currently works for a little company in kelvin grove called half brick. He also has a very keen interest in film photography... owning at least 400 cameras in all shapes and sizes including a beaufiul 4x5 japanese cherry wood tachihara, that will be lugged on our round the world trip, in replacement of underware if necessary.... Dean is also a very talented artist, and can play the didgerdoo!

We also own and love our 1974 Volskwagon Kombi Van which we spend every weekend in exploring our great aussie soils.

Currently, and for the next few months we are travelling the world, starting with Dean's home of Zimbabwe, moving across to South America, then up to The United States and finally stopping in New Zealand.

Been stalked and charged at by a black rhino while walking in Matopos national park

Been arrested for half a day for taking a photograph and released by a drunk superintendant singing bob marleys 'everylittlethingisgoonna be allright....'

Singing songs about the corrupt government with a group of kids on the street of honiara....
