ABOUT ME

I have beed many things in my past life ...an outdoor educator, guide, high rise window cleaner, hospo goddess, movie theater candy girl, bar tender , pizzeria hostess, retail shop floor assistant, assistant manager of a outdoor branded store,yoga studio cleaner, i guess a general 'jackess' of many trades...

i enjoy adventuring in the outdoors. i have done a bit of climbing, in NZ, Australia and a lil in Thailand.

Bit of skiing, hiking, sailing, and what not.

white water kayaking is really what i enjoy'd the most. however its a bit hard for my to cart my boat around the globe with me :)

Since returning from India i have become a dedicated yogi , not in all senses in life but its a working progress :)

i enjoy taking things easy, am relatively relaxed, and i hope one may say, easy going and easy to get along with.

end eventually...

*enjoy your life the good and the bad, the universe unfolds as it
should. even the rough days are beautiful in their own way.

*Continuously pursue contentment in self and strive to be happy.

*regularly step out of that comfort zone, thats where we learn and
grow the most as people...

*be compassionate, and respect those that differ to you, for we all have
our differences, thats what makes this time here exciting and varied...

Music, Movies, and Books

lots of music however really enjoying some folk at the mo... my taste in music fluctuates.. whatever i like the sound of at the time is good

dont watch t.v, so movies are a rarity. do enjoy them though...

books... not much of a reader although it is an area in my life i would like to develop more. more so books that provide knowledge into our planet, flora and fauna, geology, cultures and ways of life,religions around the globe, our body the way we work, etc info that i can use to pass on to others really, no romance novels unfortunately...
