ABOUT ME

I am a Peace Corps Volunteer and I will be living in Turkmenistan until December 2010. During these two years I will be teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) and creating community development projects in my spare time. Most of these projects will be encouraging leadership through sport clubs and creating an English Learning Resource Center for local teachers and students. I’m super pumped and I can’t wait to see what exciting adventures are in store for me these next two years.

I live in Turkmenistan right now so I don't have a couch but I'm pretty excited about surfing and meeting new people!

I crashed on a couch in Germany and the experience was great!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Counte of Monte Cristo (book and movie), Newsies, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Princess Bride, Shawshank Redemption, Gladiator, Harry Potter series, Ender's Game, Pride and Prejudice, Brave New World. I like most music but alternative/rock music is always good. I really like Something Corporate, Goo Goo Dolls and Jack Johnson.
