ABOUT ME

Every day I am above a 7 and being at a 10 is not abnormal for me. I imagine our place in the universe by looking at the moon every day with awe and smiling at the sun for blessing us with life! It didn't mean to! When the sun sets, I know it is really the earth spinning and I love looking at the moon at night and realizing that our solar system is so big that even though where I am is dark, the moon is still getting the sun!

I study engineering....environmental engineering. I want to do my part in helping out where I can, although sometimes I feel it is in vain.

I love jamming and playing the drums and the didgeridoo. I love singing and am impressed by my friends who can freestyle.

I love love and fun and smiles and hugs. I want my friends to know that I love them.

I have traveled far and wide. I know Europe like the back of my hand, have been to India, China, and Thailand. Mexico and America. I love Africa, especially South Africa. I want to see the jungles before it is too late and I cannot hold back my tears when I think of their demise.

I am the zero-waste coordinator for my school and am co-director of a campaign against water privatization and plastic bottles. I strive to reduce my waste production to ZERO although this is awfully hard. I hate packaging and disposable coffee cups and waste that is EASILY AVOIDABLE.

PHILOSOPHY

If we could each sacrifice something material that we love, our earth would be much better off. Take your own jar wherever you go - refuse styrofoam and THINK about the cause you are contributing to when you CONSUME and THROW AWAY....there is no away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the Taj Mahal in India. I have seen elephants, giraffes, and zebras in South Africa. I have seen friendships that are strong and hearts that are red.

I have made so many friends and seen inside of my self through natural meditation and induced meditation.

I can teach you to look on the bright side. Realize how short life is and that each moment is worth your smile. We are in charge of our life so make the most of it! And try your best to influence others around you in a positive way.

I want to learn Spanish this summer. That is my goal.
