ABOUT ME

I'm still in school, only two years left at UCLA then I'll be out! I'm a music major, and I study composition and theory. I don't really want to be a composer though, maybe end up working for Under the Radar, Pitchfork or something like that, I can't really imagine my life without music.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to meet as many people as I can, and go to as many places as I can.

I'm new to the couch surfing community, but I have a few friends that can't stop talking about it so I figured I would give it a try. I've got a place down in LA that's open.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I like most music, but my favorite are the Mae Shi, Beatles, Paul Baribeau, xbxrx, Dave Holland, Berio, John Adams, Q Tip, Mika Miko, Dear Nora to name a few.

Most importantly, Caetano Veloso. I have yet to hear a song from him that doesn't move me. His influence on all musics, not just tropicalismo, is incredible.

I'm reading War and Peace right now, and its long. But good. The Crossing...a lot of Cormack McCarthy.

When I went to Spain I saw what is thought to be the Holy Grail. And even if it isn't, it's still pretty incredible to see a 2000 year old cup.
