ABOUT ME

I am a French engineering student, studying in Ecole Centrale Paris. I would like to work in natural language processing, and ideally fund a start-up in this domain. I am not very specialized, but I have solid notions of informatics and general science.

Interessen

I'm particularly interested in gastronomy and oenology. I took lots of courses about wine and was responsible during one year of my school's tasting club. But I'm also fascinated by tea, kombucha, distillated and fermented drinks, coffea... I love cooking and enjoy discovering and learning new recipes, furthermore if they taste strange.
I love excursions in nature too, mostly by foot.
I like every sort of art, from every period and everywhere.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I enjoy lots of music styles, especially strange and multicultural ones, like throat singing, musique concrète, experimental electronical music...
But I am also fond of more classical ones, like classical music (especially romantic and post-romantic like Mahler), lounge music, psychedelic rock...

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I would really enjoy sharing my knowledge about wine tasting and cooking.
Evidently, I can correct and train somebody to speak French !
