ABOUT ME

We're an Australian trio, touring Canada and Europe from June-October 2009. From festivals to churches, theatres to clubs, we've bundled up our voices and instruments and we're covering a lot of ground - from Vancouver to Halifax, Dublin to Berlin. It's a big adventure - and we're loving it! We're keen to meet like-minded people along the way...

PHILOSOPHY

We're all pretty happy travellers. This is a huge experience for all of us, and we're excited by learning about new people and places. I'm particularly interested in community. Knowing and looking after one another and the planet (but that might sound a bit hippie for my travel companions).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're generally being put up in hotels, or with venue owners, but we'd also really like to meet people who live in and love the cities and towns they live in. We're very keen to see what makes each new place tick.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two years ago, I discovered couchsurfing when I ventured out on a Big Road Trip with one of my best friends across America in a huge old Chevy van. We met some amazing people, swapped stories and discovered their favourite venue/band/theatre/cafe/park/coffee house... It opened our eyes, made us abandon our preconceptions about Americans, and turned us both into CS advocates (my friend even did a TV special on couchsurfing for Nashville TV!). It's definitely changed the way I look at travel.
