ABOUT ME

indie rock radical feminist poet and artist.

I'm pretty much of a hipster hippie, to be honest.

for the most part, I'm a good natured easygoing person, decidedly non-judgemental and not too particular. (for example, I am a vegan, but if you're not, I don't care.)
however, like anyone, I have my share of stupid quirks and weird behaviors -- for one thing, I tend to be quite shy and a bit awkward at first. that being said, I like to do exciting things and am constantly concocting adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've lived in vans and on couches, not to mention a few times on public benches and just plain in the street. I like to see places from the ground level, not prepackaged complete with fancy hotel (although I am not above hosteling or hotel/moteling it, which can be adventuresome in and of itself).

I hung out with Conor Oberst once; he is quite awkward and has a very timid handshake.

For a while I lived in a '75 Dodge camper van with some anarcho-musicians.

As a teenager, I rode horseback professionally on a small scale, in order to afford riding horseback.

I also make a lot of my own clothes and have been published on poetry websites.
I had the honor of meeting Donald, the hobo poet of the New York subways, and he encouraged me greatly.
