ABOUT ME

I have just finished studying Mechanical Engineering in london (great city, hard degree!) love the student life and get involved in a many activites as possible, have played rugby for many years but forced to stop after injury. I love the city for all the music, bars, sights and people. get to a few gigs mainly at brixton academy and koko in camden. Love my films and especially the spanish influenced ones, have visited spain on a number of occasions and really want to learn the language. Before university I lived my whole life in a small town near the sea in south england (near portsmouth) with my parents and older sister. I enjoy cars (i am an engineer) but travel is one of my biggest passions (from my parents and living in such a boring town all my life) I have managed to see lots of Europe and the top and bottom of africa but there are many countries I want to visit and experience. I am a non smoker..a drinker (but not an alcoholic) who is up for any adventure and new experience, I like to think I am very open minded and easy going although a strong supporter of all things British.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only just been introduced to CS in the last few months but managed to host before leaving for my travels, with a student appartment me and my flat mate were really open to people staying anyway especially aussies (there are loads around fulham). When I move up to Aberdeen in october I would by very keen to host travellers, )if there are any that want to go to aberdeen.

Travelling and learning spanish, films (see above) , sports...mainly rugby union (6 Nations, Super 14´s etc) also NFL, football (premership and la liga) I support Portsmouth Pompey FC. I like to play squash and tennis, rugby 7´s, swimming runnning cycling (triathlon...learning golf but I´m rubbish. Wii sports great with a group of mates, adventure activites climbing, surfing (but not good in the uk).
Good food and new food, wine and steak muy bien!

Damon Alburn) Kaiser Chiefs, Razorlight , Kasabian Green Day, Editors, Futureheads...Jimi Johnson...Artic Monkeys, Placebo, MUSE, John Legend, ian brown, jack peñate, empire of the sun.

Films mainly simple action films like DIE HARD but to show more culture a few of the below,

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Seeing the massive whale swimming up the Thames in london last year was pretty crazy, but road trip with the family in a camper van when I was 8 from France down to Morroco and seeing the sahara was amazing experience and lucky to have at a young age.
