ABOUT ME

I'm a 28-year old law student (the good sort, promise). Though I grew up in a soulless Houston suburb, I finally grew some roots in North Carolina, where I went to college and lingered on long after. I tend to be a "slow percolator" traveler-- I don't like to city hop, but prefer to stay somewhere long enough to get a feel for the rhythm of the place. Love to meet new folks, but also respectful of others' space.

Current focus of much of my energies is poverty law with a community lawyering bent. Side jobs include knitting, briefly picking up and just as quickly discarding quirky hobbies--Hungarian folk dancing, anyone?--and coveting others' pitbull mixes.

I'd love to buy you a cup of joe or show you a couple hours' worth of Cambridge/Boston, Massachusetts. The partner doesn't feel comfortable with guests at the moment (and admittedly our grad school digs are a bit TOO cozy), but we're working on this!
