ABOUT ME

Im an easy going person who is looking for new experiences. Traveling has shown me a lot about myself and the world, so my plan is to keep learning.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in helping others and working towards becoming a more well rounded individual.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently joined the CS project and plan on using it to meet new people and become familiar with different cultures around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't used the site much for CSing but the couple experiences have been good. I have used personal connections to couch surf from Vermont to California and also down the east coast of the US.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently I have been reading a variety of different books in order to get a better perspective of how other people perceive the world. Dharma Bums is the most interesting book I have read in the last month. I try to listen to a variety of music. Some of my favorites are Sublime, Rage Against the Machine, Bob Marley, Phish, Slightly Supid and Ben Harper.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen 8,000 people march peacefully through downtown Denver to protest the war in Iraq during the Democratic National Convention. Hopefully over the next few months I will have a bunch of things to add to this list.

Teach, Learn, Share

My degree was in Environmental Studies and Economics, so I know a good deal about those topics. I know a good amount about political science, and i enjoy discussing it. I like to talk about philosophy when the mood is right.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Cambodia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia, France, Jamaica, Laos, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Saint Lucia, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
