I'm trying to make it a habit to regularly listen to the little voice inside of me instead of anything else.
I like to ride my mountain bike through the mountains of Chiapas. I like to eat good food.
I watch movies. I write, which keeps me less crazy. I like to drink tequila. I like to do yoga. And I also sing and break out my dance moves quite a bit. Ooooh YeAH.

The more I do yoga the more I realize your body, spirit and mind are intrinsically linked so that the strength you carry goes throughout your physical, spiritual and mental existence. Because of this you have control over every aspect of yourself, which may be scary at first but once you admit that to yourself, the possibilities are endless.
For example, I'm currently cultivating a third foot on my hand because I like it when people touch my feet.
