ABOUT ME

Well,
I am a 34 year old college professor who spends most of my time learning about the world: its' people, traditions; anything that enriches my life and knowledge of all the amazing things out there.

I am pretty chill, enjoy walking lots, doodling on a Canvas, although some friends call it painting. I like to cook as well, just make up new recipes, which sometimes can be pretty disastrous but hey, I try :)

I am pretty independent when I travel and avoid 'touristy' things as much as I can. (I would much rather spend the day at a local hole-in the-wall cafe or bar than doing touristy stuff although sometimes, a touristy place is just 'mandatory'.

I am very clean, most of my friends tell me I am a bit obsessed but, I disagree, I just clean :)...I guess it is a lot easier when one lives alone to be hyper-clean hehe. will not follow you around with a broom and a dust pan... :) Promise!

Anything else well, I am open to questions, it is a bit weird talking about oneself on a computer :S

PHILOSOPHY

I have learned, with time, to simplify my life as much as I can. I am on a path to material simplicity and spiritual enrichment. Not trying to be a saint, don't get me wrong, I have learned a lot of things during the last couple of years and during some of my trips; what is really important in life: experiences are worth more than a BMW...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, this is all fairly new to me but, I have stayed at friend's of friend's and always had a blast. I am sure this will open the door for many more lifetime experiences to come.
