About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission if to learn how to eat sea food ..... :P (this is espically important as I come from a place where no one even touches eggs... leave aside meat)
ABOUT ME
I came from a very conservative Indian family, but my curiosity towards a lot of things made do things that my family consider radical... but I am happy the way I am. I am a weird mix of Indian culture with a lot of influences of people I have met in my travels in India, U.S. and Mexico. I hold some strong views about politics and have a really different way of looking at it. I am witty, out going and extremely adventurous. I enjoy talking to people, as not many realize the impressions that they leave on me.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live.... I am a docile creature by nature..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At this point I am extremely new to CS project and am looking into how to involve my self more.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This would be my first CS experience.
Interests
I am a researcher by profession and interest. Biology is the core interest in my life and my life really revolves around it. I have had to masters in biology and will be moving on to get a phd in the same. I also enjoy travelling but it usually takes a back seat when compared to my research commitments. I also enjoy reading and eating. I am a good cook and love food. I am also interested in meeting new people as it enriches my life.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a big movie buff... going to the theater and watching movies is something that i enjoy a lot.... Patch Adams is arguably my most loved film. I listen to Soft rock, but am open to any type of music. I like reading.... but dont spend a lot of time doing that.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I have seen is something that has changed my life for ever. Indian and especially my state was hit by a earthquake. I once in my country I saw my people forget about their religion and work together.... It was the day that changed so many things for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I m a good cook, give me some Indian food ingredients and I will make some good food out of it. I have looked at two sides of a coin, i come from a very poor Indian city and now live in the US. I have a very different perspective about things. I want to meet people and see how they live their lives. I want to know more about their culture and what they think and how they think....
