Hello
My name is Hélder!!! I’m a Portuguese fellow, my home town is Alverca, near to Lisbon, but I moved to UK nearly 10 years ago! (Boy the time flies). I studied nursing and moved here to work, ended up staying this long!

Life is like pizza, to ride a motorbike, rock music and so many other things.....even when it's bad, it's still pretty GOOD!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stayed alive until now, working in Intensive care made realise how amazing is to be alive every day that goes by
