ABOUT ME

Hm... I grew up in a town of 200 people in small town Iowa and couldn't wait for the day to get out there on my own and explore the greater world afar! I studied for a semester in Stockholm, Sweden and have been bitten my the travel bug ever since.

I'm actually a CS Virgin. I had heard of it, but never signed up.. so here I go!

兴趣

I don't remember the last time I said I was bored? I can alway find something to entertain myself with. I enjoy road biking, running, hiking, swimming, snow boarding, cliff jumping, camping, camp fires, picking flowers, going to farmer's markets, rafting, walking along the beach, going to cute little cafes and getting coffee, fika (for those you understand a good swedish coffee break!), spending time with good friends, wine, wine tasting for that matter, beer gardens, my dad's garden and all the wonderful fruits and veggies that come from it, Lake Tahoe, summer dresses, going to the travel section at the bookstore and losing myself in travel guides, writing and receiving postcards, dancing to electro, pop, indie music, spending time with my family, learning new things... so did I cover it?

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I ran the Des Monies marathon my senior year of college. The most gratifying feeling after finishing is the feeling of accomplishment. You realize... if you can run 26.3 miles... you can challenge your body to do anything you set your mind to. It's a very powerful feeling!
