I am very interested in exploring BC and doing workshops here.

ABOUT ME

I am 53 years old. My daughters are grown-up now and doing very well so I am free to do my own thing. Also, the economy has pretty much put the last dagger into my business so I must move to greener pastures. This is an excuse to go to where I am more suited. People come from all over to find people like me in BC- like in the mountains. RIght now I am in exploration mode to find the place to settle and also I will be doing workshops in and around Nelson...perhaps...hopefully. IT seems to draw me right now. I am very much into jamming. I recently started playing the violin again after 20 years and I play the recorder and the harmonica and love to find people to play with. I downhill ski as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that I am a very good person. I would rather die than steal from others and do not like to be in the company of those who think differently. I believe that we should honour that others as well as myself work for what we get and get what we wish to achieve.

I strongly believe that we should all be there for each other when we can but to not go out of balance with this by allowing others to take advantage of us.

I realize that I am not a perfect person and I accept myself and others this way. I am at peace with myself and wish to be around others who are like wise because then I know that I am dealing with people who are stable and therefore reliable. An aside to this and that is, sociopaths can seem at peace with themselves only because they have no conscience.

I like people who are of good intent and straight forward. I like to know where I stand. I also believe that we should apologise when we feel that we have wronged a person but that we should not take blame when it is unnecessary.

I believe in education but I believe that we should learn to be more creative. Education in the last 100 years is about how to be all the same to serve industrialization. It is about conforming and non- thinking even though they say that it is the opposite. We on mass have lost the art of feeling, and of being in a state of zen. We therefore have lost our senses and use only 10% of our brain power. THis is why I teach the workshops that I do. I want to teach people how to feel again and how to tap into the stream of creativity.

Children should be protected and truly loved and I don't see this happening enough because the world is so crazy....and we are ALL apart of this matrix.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, now that i have found out about this, when I get back to Thunder Bay, I will definitely be there for my fellow travellers. I will be on the road till Aug. 27th so I hope to use this again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I picked up a couple of hitch-hikers and they were couch surfers. They were both from abroad. I actually didn't, quite honestly, like their personalities perfectly well. They shared their couch-surfing host with me and that was nice and they told me about couch-surfing. I found them immature and shallow...most likely because of a sheltered life. OTherwise they were ok. I would rather have the company of others. THe host that they got for us was pleasant enough but she as well didn't connect well with me either. When I told them 'my story' I could tell quite obviously that there was a lack of understanding. HOwever, the woman downstairs who owned the house was a differnt experience. I met her in the garden when I was bringing things to my car in the morning. She and I connected totally immediately. She worked for the local newspaper. There was no lack of understanding and agreement there at all. She understood all of the kinds of things that I do and want to accomplish on my travels because she is apart of the same 'tribe' of creative souls so to speak.

I love comedy because I have a great sense of humour. 'Meet the Fockers', THe Adams Family, COneheads From France, anything Mel Brookes, anything FRederico FElini, old SNL, spiritual cinema

I love all the new rock and all the way back to the 80's. I love all new music except for hip hop, bebop, elevator music, opera...with exception, country and western, and easy listening. I love bellydancing music, latino, celtic, world music.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was in the NElson area, I went to Shambola. I heard that this is the last one. I am so glad that I went. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I also love the REnaissance Festivals and have been going to the one in southern Minnesota for the last 5 years.

Being a mother was amazing.

Well I have already mentioned what I teach. I would love to learn more about the computer and marketing of my business but I would rather of course find a marketer because I am far too busy being a teacher and practicing my crafts. I want to find people who can open the doors to helping me find the people who will not only benefit from what I have to teach, but have the means to do so and the desire to do so. I want people like this to be able to find me readily. Will you be that person? I will go even to South and Central America and Europe and AUstrallia and NEw Zealand to do this.
