Music, Movies, and Books
I've been reading the classics since last July when i made a birthday resolution to do so. Dickens, Brönte,Hemingway. Currently reading Sherlick Holmes.
I love music of all kinds, as a dance teacher i find that I always have a song stuck in my head. For fun i like Bruno Mars, and Taylor Swift, and Ed Shheran. My favorite singer is from Connecticut his name is Stephen Kellogg amd he sings about family mostly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing things...honestly my life is sort of ordinary. Among the most amazing are people doing things they thought were impossible. I find personal growth to be astounding. It is so rewarding to help a child learn something, or a friend to get through a hard time, or a person change their perspective in light of new information. I think the ability the body has to heal is profound, and we have so much to learn on this front.
Also I like to take cartwheels as souvenirs of places i've been, the proud moment when you can say "yep, i did a cartwheel on the golden gate bridge" that's kind of amazing. And though I get a lot of flack for it i like to take the pronunciation of certain words as souvenirs also, for instance i now say "w'ter" instead of "waaater" from my time in PA.
