About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a job as an english teacher!

ABOUT ME

Im a recent university graduate, looking for some fun and different experiences around the world. Im a qualified English teacher, so i'm planning to live in a few different places over the next few years, learn some languages, host some couchsurfers and hopefully make some new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I'm travelling in Spain, trying to decide where I want to settle down for a year or two and get a job teaching English, I don't have a couch at the moment but I'm looking forward to hosting travellers when I do get my own flat in Spain, it seems like a great way to meet new and interesting people, which is always good!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to the couchsurfing world, but I'm keen to get some experiences to put in this box

Interests

All sorts of music, both playing and listening, I play guitar and Harmonica, and im trying to learn piano too... Travel is my biggest passion, I love to experience different cultures and ways of life. I love to go to places where there arent many tourists and you can really see how people live in other countries. Plus all the standard stuff, books, movies, that sort of thing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: all sorts of stuff, particularly alternative/ indie stuff, and folky stuff too. I also dabble in hip-hop, electronica and pretty much anything that takes my fancy.

Books: I love to read the 'classics' - George Orwell is probably my favourite author, but i love Ian Mcewan, David Mitchell, and Dostoevsky. 'Catch 22' is also one of my favourite books.

Movies - I like to watch foreign and independent movies, my favourite recent movie is 'the lives of others' which I thought was incredible.
