About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 years old Belgian guy, graduated as a civil engineer from the university of Leuven and started working as an expat for a Belgian dredging and civil construction company. After every 2 months working, I get 1 month of vacation which I spend spend in Belgium with my parents, sister and friends or by travelling arround the world.

Movies: anything that's not mindless crap (amongst my favorites are 'Once upon a time in America', 'Heat' and 'Amores Perros')

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling arround Tanzania by train and bus, staying with local people. I started of in Dar es Salaam, travelled to Mwanza at lake Victoria and took a bus to Nairobi in Kenia and from there back to Dar es Salaam.
Made a trip to the Omati River in PNG including boat trip and helicopter fly over; not much to see there but it was an adventure.
Offroad driving through wadi's in the UAE/Oman mountains with my Mitsubishi Lancer, folowing the 4x4's up the mountains in first gear at 6000rpm, whooooooooooo
