ABOUT ME

I am an avid traveler, cooker and eater of different cuisines, political junkie, and bookworm.

I love learning and experiencing new things. I can be quite serious, but I have a wicked sarcastic and goofy side.

PHILOSOPHY

I (try to) live by the Golden Rule and treat everyone, regardless of who they are or what they did to me, with respect and love. I am a Christian and that influences my decisions, behavior, and thinking. I also have modest goals to change the world and end global hunger.

Interests

Hmm..where to begin. I love sports, watching and playing, especially futboll/soccer! I enjoy reading literature (Russian lit. esp), magazines (Time), newspapers (WSJ), street signs, and the label descriptions on food and shampoo products. Good conversation is vital.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Amelia, Once, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Constant Gardener, and V for Vendetta. Most foreign/art house movies are winners in my book.
Music:I love almost all kinds of music except for country (but i even can tolerate it).
Books: Anna Karenina, Crime & Punishment, Ender's Game, Count of Monte Cristo, Bell Jar, Catcher in the Rye, and The Bible

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen my parents raise 7 amazing children on their own with very little money or resources.
