ABOUT ME

WOW. I'm home from my African adventure... But only to leave soon again. So I probably won't be able to show my couch to any of you another while..... If anybody is going to Ghana, feel free to write! Maybe we could meet for a drink there instead of Cph.

September ’09: I’m brand new in this couchsurfing-world. But my good friend Sofie just joined the network some months ago and has already had great experiences here!
So! I’m looking very much forward getting to know the whole world in a cosy couchy way ☺
From October until the end of December I’m planning a trip to Ghana, Burkina Faso and South Africa. And through this adventure journey I would LOVE to have the opportunity of getting even closer to the populations… Maybe by sleeping on a couch now and then??
But well… What is to say about me?
I’m 24 years old living in my own wonderful appartment on Nørrebro in Copenhagen. Only a 10 minutes bike ride from the town hall.
Nørrebro is a very multicultural part of Copenhagen with little exotic greengrocers and lots of different colors on the street. And from my window I have a green view that transforms into red and purple in the night at sundawn.
This year (09/10) I have chosen to take a year of school. Partly to be able to travel! But normaly I study singing at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory i Cph. I’ve finished my second year so far. And when I’m done there, I will be educated both singer and music teacher.
Music has allways been a big part of my life, and so far when I’ve taken breaks through the education system, it’s always delt about music somehow. Maybe that’s why I have this urge to experience other parts of the world, different culturs and so at the moment.
To know how I am as a person, you schould probably ask my friends and family. BUT instead of giving out their numbers, I will give you some keywords:
Down to earth, Careful, Genourous, thoughtful, curious. And I love: the city by night, good friends, music, beers (- and especially drinks…), playing in the kitchen, people that surprises me positivly.
My couch isn’t that comftable… but a have two small madresses that you are wellcome to stay on. And if you would like to – and if I’ve got the time - I would love to show you around Copenhagen, and maybe take you out for at drink.
