ABOUT ME

We live in Arnos Grove in North London - it's a safe area next to the underground line and a peaceful park quite close to the city centre. Pawel likes to play a guitar , Beata likes arts and crafts, both of us like singing , dancing salsa , play tennis, horse riding, enjoying a beach, sightseeing, discovering new things and making new lasting friendships ..
We both have creative and positive minds. We are warm , easy-going, friendly and caring .

PHILOSOPHY

Be simple and positive. Each day like a blank page could be written and re-written in a special way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We look after all our guest the best we can and up to now we have made friends with all of them . They enjoyed their London experience, gave us positive reviews and we have visited some of them as a result.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Pawel's story : Many years ago in Poland during blues festival in Bialystok I came across a group of punk-rock teenagers who hitchhiked from Lithuania and slept in tents in a forest in late October which can be cold and rainy. I could not leave them like that so I helped them by organising a place to stay at my home. Thus I realise how many possibilities couchsurfing offers for everyone who enjoys or wishes to travel but is restrained by high accommodation costs. I support social mobility.

We both like BBC Late Junction ( interesting music from around the globe - folk, jazz , blues, quirky, bizarre modern experimental sounds). Documentary programs , interesting films and books, silly / dark sense of humor .

Pawel can sail a boat on a lake. Pawel hitchhiked from Poland to Greece with a couple of friends. Pawel was in a blues band that gave quite a few concerts .
We love Canary Islands , Favignana by Sicily, Algarve in Portugal and Mallorca . We slept wild under the sky on a field by the sea in Favignana - when we woke up we were completely covered by white snails.
