Nous sommes deux voyageuses contemplatives. Nous aimons autant la folie des grandes villes que le calme de l'eau et de la campagne.

We are two travellers contemplative. we like the madness of big cities as much as the calm of water and campaigns.

Mais nous sommes aussi des Montréalaise dans l'âme. On est de retour à la maison pour un temps.

But we also are Montréal girls in our heart. We are back home for a while.

We are so happy to finally have a computer AND internet to give back what we receive in our travel last year and welcome people in our home.

We like all kinds of music, even country and hardcore.
But the groups and singers that really make our ears happy are:
Radiohead, Tori Amos, Patrick Watson, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Nina Simone, Cat Power, Lasha de Sela, Jamiroquai, Marie-Pierre Arthur, Broken Social Scene, Joni Mitchell, Martha Wainwight, Queen, Likke Li, Damien Robitaille, Arcade Fire, Karkwa.

It's very too long to think about the books that we prefer, so we will write those that we bring with us in this trip(in french...):les raisins de la colère de Steinbeck; Pour qui sonne le glas d'Hemingway; Le livre tibétain de la vie et de la mort de Rinpoché; Le procès de Kafka; Le cantique des plaines de Nancy Houston and some others. This is so heavy in our bags!!!
