ABOUT ME

Easy going, open minded, thinking positive... ummm polite? Generally a nice girl (or so some people say:)

I majored in Japanese at the university and my life pretty much evolves around the weird things I've done/going to do about my studies. I spent one year doing research at Kobe University, worked as an interpreter, worked at an embassy...
I'm going back to Japan in April to do post graduate studies in literature. I want to use the free time I have until then to travel around Europe and maybe a little further.

I love travelling, meeting new people, visiting new places, live music and pictures taken Japanese style (meaning A LOT)

-Favourite music: Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Depeche Mode, Antony and the Johnsons, David Bowie, Bjork etc.

-Movie taste? Very geeky- my favourite movies of all times are the good old Star Wars, but anything out of this world will do;)

-Favourite books- far too many to list them all, I'll read almost everything from comic books to classical literature, currently in love with John Irving and Gabriel Garcia Marquez's novels.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Worked as an interpreter in a tyre factory on Kyushu, in Japan. Learned how to make a final inspection of a newly made truck tyre. How crazy is THAT?
