ABOUT ME

After spending a year in France learning what it means to be American we have grudgingly returned to our favorite Texas town of Austin. After immersing himself in the food, cheese and wine of France Shawn has worked his way through the cheese industry and into the wine industry. He is now an importer of European wines. Sarah is staying at home with our little bundle of joy who keeps us busy. His name is Seth and he will be 1 in October 2014.

More fun than hotels or B&Bs. We actually canceled a B&B reservation to do more couchsurfing.

兴趣

Everything that other people find interesting. Shawn loves almost anything to do with meals. From cooking in the kitchen to exploring local artisans. Wine, Beer, Whiskey, Grappa, if it is legal I would love to sit down and have a bottle with you. I'll bring the cheese.
