I'm 23, an art student. Born & raised in Central Florida, I now currently live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana attending LSU. I'm a dreamer and I believe in peace and equality for all. I'm very mellow. I love music festivals, to travel, to explore the unknown.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hopefully host as many people as I can now that I have my own apartment with the means to do so. But I'm hoping to meet many generous people who have their doors open to me as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I backpacked through Europe solo when I was twenty and had many impromptu couchsurfing experiences along the way that happened outside of this website but were magical nontheless. Now that I have an apartment of my own I would love to host and pay it forward

Interests

I'm a fine art student. I'm a classically trained studio artist and I appreciate all things that have are/to do with beauty, art (any form), culture, travel, and nature. I do have a social partying side, but I can respect those who would rather have a quiet time. Mostly, I just like to take it all in and listen to people's stories and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - No One Here Gets Out Alive, Love in the Time of Cholera, Jonathan Safran Foer, Angels in America, Tennessee Williams, are just a few. I try to read constantly and I'm proud of my little growing library in my apartment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This 6 week backpacking trip through Europe that I funded by myself! (Already hit Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Verona, Venice, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany!!) Next on my list abroad is Bolivia and Peru. This summer I plan on a road trip to experience the great Americana west. I hope to hit Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Grand Canyon, Southern Cal, Yosemite, San Francisco, Utah, Las Vegas, Colorado.
