ABOUT ME

My partner Henry and I live between Brighton and Normandy. My pottery is in france where I have the space and peace to work, but my heart truly lives in Brighton where I grew up. Luckily, I am able to cycle between the two places with ease (and a ferry journey)and do so weekly/fortnightly.My two lives couldn't be more different...its great!
My partner works in a large Uni in London, computers and things. He travels up daily, and works from home too.
When we're in Brighton we go to yoga, the cinema, a free party on occasion (although these don't happen so often)or just wander around our very ecletic town (its called a city....its not really). When we're in Normandy we garden, cycle or visit the local markets, usually to find something we can cook out in the garden.
As a potter I am aware of the energy used to fire my kiln, so to combat that I have no car, fly almost never and use as little energy as possible in other ways.

I belong to the Haute Normande group, and can offer meets/sleeps in either Brighton or Normandy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my first CS experience was in Johannesburg and was all I could have hoped it would be.
