Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been couchsurfing in Ukraine (Kiev), in Canada (Montreal, Quebec City), in Colombia (San Gil, Medellin, Armenia), in Chile (La Serena), in Norway (Tromso), in New Zealand (Auckland, Taupo, Nelson), in French Polynesia (Moorea), in China (Beijing), in Brazil (Rio) and in Finland (Helsinki).

Interests

I love traveling, nature, fauna, peaceful landscapes in the middle of nowhere... I like meeting locals to share new ways of living...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with pink dolphins in the Amazon river.
Working as a gold miner in the Yukon.
Taking care of dogs in a dogsledding center in Norway.
Climbing the oldest desert of the world in Namibia.
Living in a remote Fijian island.
And publishing a book about all that :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love meeting people from everywhere, find what they are made of, experience who they are and how they live. I really enjoyed my time on the Amazon basin, sharing that environment with Quichua people, I've been learning a lot from them. I also loved working in geology with gold miners in Yukon. They are the kind of rooted people I love, full of amazing stories...
