About Me

ABOUT ME

I've travelled extensively in the past. I'm now married and have a son...so now I'm getting adjusted to those massive life changes and figuring out how to keep traveling.

I'm friendly, outgoing, and adventurous. I'm a respectful and clean house guest. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, but no, that does not mean I will "psychoanalyze" you if I stay with you. :) I get that one a lot. I currently work though as the Director of Communications for a Barcelona based software company. Working for a startup is an adventure in and of itself. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Live life intentionally and with no regrets! I try to live my life for others and for God, not just for myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had so MUCH FUN staying with various people, and now new friends in Japan. I love that everyone I meet who is active in CS in any way becomes a friend because we're generally all love learning about other people and experiencing new things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a few couches in Japan and hope to start hosting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled around the world for 5 months.

Watched my sister give birth twice...the most beautiful and horrifying experiences of my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm...I guess I can teach others about international travel and how to bargain shop and travel with a tiny bit of money. I can give you awesome relationship advice, and possibly hook you up with your future spouse. Yes, some people call me Yenta. I have references. HA!
I love hearing everyone's travel stories! I like learning about other religions and/or people's spiritual beliefs and how they formed them. Also about cultural customs and traditions.
