To get out, learn another lanuage (or several), make new friends, do things I haven't done yet, step away from the familiar, to keep learning, and help out where I can.

I dance Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Salsa, and a bit of ballroom.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:

Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" has been a favorite of mine for a long time.

I often have a stack of books sitting around from the library, and the subjects are all over the place: Travel, music, language, humor, memoir, art, science, classic literature, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done so far was my two-month stay in Argentina. I had never really traveled before, especially not alone.

Since then I've returned once to Buenos Aires, and in the past few years have visited Scotland and England.

This year I have seen many US cities for the first time: Portland, Denver and Chicago. A trip to New York is just around the corner.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a dance instructor! My primary interest is Argentine Tango, but most of my clients come to me seeking ballroom lessons for their wedding dance.

I also teach Salsa, West Coast Swing and some country.
