About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to be present and open to the moment
ABOUT ME
At the present time I just graduated from Antioch University with a masters in elementary education and certification in Waldorf and public schools. I will be teaching a combined first and second grade class at the Upper Valley Waldorf School. In my past I was a part-time art teacher. I believe the arts provide students opportunities to be creative and practice acts of expression that allow for personal realization and connection with self. I like to create a classroom space where creative expressions are honored. I love to teach, inspire, and empower students to think for themselves and be themselves.
In my daily practices I meditate daily, draw, play the piano or guitar, some form of exercise, and prepare healthy vegetarian food with my lovely wife.
Some of my other interests include listening to instrumental hip-hop, contemporary jazz, acid jazz, electronic/dance music, and open to new genres of music. I also dabble in pottery, screen-printing t-shirts and other fabric.
PHILOSOPHY
Listen. Be honest, authentic, and sincere. Learn from others and life. LOVE (Let Other Visions Exist).
