ABOUT ME

i have been traveling farther and farther and for longer and longer periods since i turned eighteen.

i always have a hard time trying to describe myself.

i am a human and i love myself and my species, my planet, and the universe that i see stretched out above me at night and in photos from space...

i believe in science and the advancement of knowledge and reason.

i love sitting and watching thunderstorms at night... reading a good book, parties with good people, learning new things.... i enjoy beauty.

PHILOSOPHY

um... that wouldn't fit :)... and if i tried to explain it, i would only end up taking away from it...its alive like me.

explore for yourself because your own answers to life's questions will always be better for you than someone else's... because they are yours and so you really fully understand them.

but talking with other people can help everyone arrive at their answers a lot faster :) so share when they want you to.

i havent had a steady place of my own sinse 2008 and i guess im only going to be able to surf for now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have been envited to crash on several couches, floors, and in spare beds over the years and i have had a few people crash with me when i have had a place of my own

i built a raft out of fallen logs and a downed power line and set out at night across the Frasier river in BC Canada... in winter.

i guess the best i have is that you can't loose or win at this life thing, only enjoy it or don't.
we will all die some day... not many of us can say we know for sure what comes next... i don't ever remember dieing before this.
we may only be able to escape it into oblivion. even reincarnation seems to destroy what we usually consider to be us.

why tread water when you could swim around in the pond. why wait on tomorrow if tomorrow might not come.
no matter what it is you want, whether it's enlightenment, peace, money... shoot for it as if you only have now.
