i love to laugh and discuss with my roommates and friends, am interested in art and culture, have been travelling a lot and yet not enough, love to paint rooms, have watched an awful lot of movies, hate camping, haven't seen enough bands on stage, love this city >Leipzig<, ...

having recently graduated, i am looking for new challenges and one of my dreams has always been to go to canada. i was offered an internship at the canadian embassy in berlin but suddenly that wasn't enough, so i decided to apply for a visa and simply booked the flight.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i had many people staying over, but i have to admit i knew them before. my latest guest was a friend from kansas city who stayed for 6 days and i showed her the city, partied with her and introduced her to my friends here.
nevertheless i show around many international students as i often go to a local group that meets to speak different languages and meet people from other countries. through that i also heard of this couchsurfing platform.
i also slept on many peoples couch before, somehow somebody always knows somebody that offered me a spot...most recent experience: hungary.

i love to go to museums and galleries to watch contemporary art, go to concerts or simply out to the park during summer to meet with friends and drink wine.

i mostly see local bands in concert as i just love the atmosphere... folk/indie/electronic music...
bands i like, that most people know: the cure, incubus, kings of leon, crystal castle, pheonix, bloc party, muse, ...

among my favorite books is the classic "catcher in the rye", i most recently read the books by adam davies and haruki murakami.
