ABOUT ME

Some year ago I did Erasmus, an exchange programme to study abroad for some month.
I lived in Madrid for one year, it changed my life.

I continued my studies in Milan and I took part in a association (ESN) which aim is helping foreign students in enjoying their stay abroad. We help them to find an house and to improve their italian level; we help them in the academic life and wit all the burocratic stuff. We organized for them a lot of parties during the week and some trip around Italy.

I just graduated, so I'm planning a great journey in USA before looking for a job... it is now or never! ;)"

PHILOSOPHY

Wow, that's very difficult, there is the risk of using some common "tags", like "carpe diem" or "stay hungry, stay foolish"...

I can report here something I wrote one time to a friend of mine:
"We often feel inadequate to this society.
Often it is the "system" which is inadequate for our needs.
We ask to ourselves a lot of questions, and sometimes it is good when we don't have the answers, because it is what we don't know (yet) that push us to poke around, to explore, to discover. And to ask to ourselves new questions.
I think that wanting it or not, we hve to stay in this world.
But I also think that at least we have to try to stay in it in our way."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some of my friend partecipate in this project and they are satisfied. I also met some couchsurfer and their feedback about surfing was positive. Normally, I use to keep in touch with friends all over the world, and at first occasion host them or visit them!
But I also really love to know new people during my travels ;)

I planned a journey in U.S.A. that will start in few days and it will be great to be hosted by some people partecipating in this project: it is a good way to travel, because it is cheaper and more interesting. In fact, it is an occasion to meet new people and to visit the cities with the help of someone who really knows where he/she lives in ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Officially (I mean, using this website), none, I'm at the first experience.

But during this years I met a lot of people in Madrid, Milan and during my travels... and in more than one occasion I hosted them in my house and also I was hosted by them in their own countries...
Really great experiences, I love this kind of sharing experiences, cultures, ways of life.
