Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I live in a host family here in Ukraine, I'm afraid I'm not currently in the position to host people, although I would love to were it possible. Hence, my participation is currently limited to couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While it's not couchsurfing, I've had the wonderful opportunity to live with a couple of host families here in Ukraine, and I have loved the experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got lost hiking in the Slovakian Tatras once. I ended up just about at the Polish border just before nightfall and the onset of a storm that flooded the region. Buses had stopped running so I had to hitch a ride. It could have ended very badly. But I saw some of the most amazing landscapes in those mountains!
