I play lots of tennis and golf. Love food and wine and beer. Drink more than I should but less than I could. Put off by smokers and loud or aggressive people. Dislike pretentious people and those who always take without ever giving.

PHILOSOPHY

(1) A bad day at golf is better than a good day at work.

(2) If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you always got!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Went to Europe in August-October 2011. Visited 7 Countries and 20+ cities. I was hosted every night by someone who has couchsurfed with me in Darwin. They stayed with me as a couchsurfer and I stayed with them as a friend! I was humbled by their warmth and hospitality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted over 200 surfers from Germany, France, Germany, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Germany, Russia, Germany, Luxembourg, Germany, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Germany,Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan, Germany, England, Germany, Denmark, Germany, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Mainland China, USA and even Australia. Oh, and did I mention .... Germany. Actually, I shouldn't single out the Germans (and I love them by the way) because 2012 was definitely the year of the French. Most of my surfers last year were French although still a lot of Germans, of course.

兴趣

Hosting couchsurfers, golf, tennis, reading, sport on TV (almost anything), nice wine and good cold beer, spicy food.
