我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I surfed in France and Canada and it was a really amazing experience! Also I hosted some great people in my first appartement in Landau I shared with 3 others and our lovely cats. Now I live in a flat with my boyfriend so there is more space for visitors, who is going to be the first? ;-) I love both, meeting people at their homes and welcoming them at mine, sharing food, stories and experiences.

I'm a nature-lover, I'm most happy when I'm outside. Any kind of outdoor activities, such as hiking, kayaking, rock climbing...
I'm gardening as good as I can in our backyard. I love cooking and eating good food, preferably in company!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've seen the beautiful country of Ethiopia and lived there for six month with an Ethiopian family. That was the most challenging but also a very enriching time for me.
My summer in Canada after I finished University also was a great experience. I was lucky to see the most awesome places and meet amazing people. From Montreal to Ottawa to Whitehorse, down the coast of Alaska to Vancouver, through the Rockies, on a farm in Saskatchewan, back to Vancouver, hitchhiking Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island. Great times with amazing people!

I like cooking, I love food from all over the world, I'm always willing to share a meal. I can teach people my language if they are interested, since I love languages myself! Discussions about all kinds of subjects from philosophy to movies are welcome, as well as sharing gardening experiences...
