ABOUT ME

I'm probably what you would call a late developer. Spiritual awakenings, travel and many other things, only really becoming a significant part of my life these last few years.The amazing experiences I've had and fantastic people I've met in the previous two, seem to me now to dwarf all memory of my pre-travel days! I would describe myself as fun loving, with what some might describe as a cheeky sense of humour; thoughtful, compassionate, environmentally aware, passionate about certain issues - like human rights, intelligent, possessing an inquisitive and open mind and a strong desire to learn, physically active but also pretty chilled, having a very strong moral compass and a love of quiet outdoor spaces. :)
I should probably mention that unfortunately I have a few major food intolerance's and other allergy's, most notably Gluten and Dairy but have become quite adept at cooking meals without these things and would love to cook one for you should the opportunity arise.

PHILOSOPHY

Be the change you want to see in the world. Treating others as you would like to be treated and respecting all things... seeking out and sharing in as much love, joy and wisdom as your soul can carry.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had many enjoyable couch surfing type experiences in the last couple of years... one memorable one being a friend guiding me out on a trek across lava fields to a small dwelling he'd built, that we termed the 'shelter pod', that sat between two active lava flows, less than 500 meters apart and gave the most amazing views of anywhere I'd ever slept!

Walking amongst the lava flows in Hawaii, watching the waves crash into the forming molten rock and just being aware at that moment of the shear raw and primordial energy of the earth!

I can teach pretty much any game you might be interested in playing and often travel with one or two on me!
