ABOUT ME

I was born in north england, bought up in scotland, and have lived in crete for the past 8+ years. I love to travel, to open my eyes to new ways and meet people.Im passionate in things that interest me and hate doing things im not passionate about. I would say I am a bouncy,up and down kind-a-girl with my highs and lows rather than flat and stable. Im energetic, open minded, out going, a little too serious at times and always prefer a good deep conversation rather than small talk. I try to be always straighforward and honest.

Music goes with my mood and my mood goes with music. Im going through an 'alternative rock phase' at the moment, listening to things like Tool, Kings of Leon,Modest Mouse, Duke spirit, Arcade Fire,Autolux etc. But in general my music tastes are wide ranging including: new and old folk, gypsy, world , Deep house/Dance. Here are a few of my favourites:Ani DiFranco, Jef Buckley, Andrew Bird, Charlie Winston....Paul Oakenfold, Herbaliser, PJ harvey, UNKLE etc etc etc. Saying that I have a big appetite for discovering new music, so bring some with you for me to hear.........
Books are not my best friends,I read too much for my Phd. I hope to change this however. saying that Im read most nights to sleep (just a page or 2) Im currently reading Portrait of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde and enjoying it.

I trained and worked in Edinburgh as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist so I can teach you how to give a great head and neck massage. I can also teach healthy eating and have some great recipes. I am learning Spanish so anything to help with that, Ie speaking/writing practice would be great, and I am open to learn what everelse someone wants to teach me.
