ABOUT ME

I am a Seattle native. Half of my year is spent baking desserts for various restaurants/bars/coffee shops/weddings. The second half I cook for a crew of 30 on a 177ft Processor on Alaska.

PHILOSOPHY

Be good to people. Don't waste any time. Enjoy yourself. Take everything in moderation. Find your balance. Eat cake.

Interests

I love food. Cooking or eating out at a new or favorite restaurant. Watching movies and talking about them with my housemates. Desserts Desserts Desserts. i recently joined a boxing gym. I also like to knit and put together puzzles. Travel is a huge party of my life. I don't feel myself unless in bouncing around, seeing and learning.
