ABOUT ME

I am a queer teacher, working to incorporate social justice & critical pedagogy into history education. I am a fan of: the woods, fancy cocktails, making food with people, hiking/walking/moving, dance parties, challenging the white supremacist heteropatriarchy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent two weeks couch surfing across the country, from Boston to Portland, OR, in 2008 and had great adventures--dumpstering in Bozeman, MT. wandering around Niagra Falls, etc. I also hosted quite a few people at a group house I lived at for awhile in Portland.
