ABOUT ME
I am about to finish my master studies in interior architecture and quite excited to start working but also a bit afraid of losing the freedom of being a student. I like to travel spontaneously and decide day by day weather to stay or move on to the next destination. That’s also the reason why a couple of my hosts got my messages only a few hours before I arrived. Thanks to all of them to share the same spontaneous spirit! If you would like to be hosted by me, you better don’t send me a request more than max. 7 days in advance. Well, you can send me requests anytime, but the chance to get a positive reply is much higher ;)
Apart from my spontaneous preferences, I like to go out and discover new places, to meet different people and to get an impression of other cultures. Whenever there is a possibility to spend a couple of months abroad I take the opportunity, doesn’t matter if it’s a voluntary service, an exchange semester, just regular architectural work experience or simply by traveling during holidays. As the language is mostly the key to the people I try to learn the native language before such longer stays. Even though I have some language knowledge you might need some power of persuasion to make me talk not just in German or English. But give it a try, it will be fun! I general love to be inspired by other people’s creativity, travel reports and any passion they have.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I am more surfing than hosting, but I am trying my best to get it more balanced now ;) well a couple of times I have been to couchsurfing meetings when I was living in Porto Alegre, Brazil and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Amazing! There are so many beautiful places to see in the world and so many wonderful people who cross your way during traveling. The couchsurfing community makes it much easier to get a more authentic experience of different lifestyles and cultures.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

…taking a bath in a subterranean lake of an old mine in Ouro Preto, Brazil, to go surfing and paragliding along the coast in Praia da Pipa, to be invited at a huge Indian wedding in Ahmedabad, to learn how to drive a motorbike in Auroville, India, heading north in Europe on bicycle for days even though the weather was quite challenging and pooping up our tents at night wherever we end up when the sun was setting... and so much more I can tell you about when we meet.

I can teach you how to prepare a delicious vegetarian meal. I can share with you some great time and my knowledge how to fix your bicycle. Usually I also carry an external hard drive with me which contains a lot of good music and movies.
