ABOUT ME

I am a vibrant older woman with several passions: growing, cooking and eating delicious beautiful organic foods, shared around a table with laughing,stimulating, progressive friends; being a healing and encouraging influence in the lives of others; designing and producing sensual, alive ceramic vessels; dancing to live music, group singing, jamming with drums, shakers, and voice;stargazing night walks; the visual and performing arts; creating personal performance pieces with others; authentic openhearted communication with both women and men (yes! men who can do this DO exist, even the over 50 ones)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this time, I plan to surf for folks I can stay with during exploratory trips for the purpose of relocating sometime this year of 2010.
I am also available to meet with travelers for coffee/tea in the Connecticut River Valley of western Massachusetts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sojiji Temple in Yokohama Japan where I participated in the daily meditations and rituals for 3 days with a group my (then)husband was leading.

Teach, Learn, Share

Law of Attraction as taught by Abraham-Hicks and whatever wisdom I have developed over my lifetime, now that I am in my sixth-plus decade on earth.

I am just completing a year long training to be a Transformational Life Coach.
