ABOUT ME

Let's see... you'd think a writer could describe herself without all this backspace stuff. I like to spend time doing things, not buying things. I feel at home most everywhere and travel to help me see where I am with fresh travel eyes. I get along with most people but really enjoy the people who are engaged in what they're doing and care more than is strictly necessary. This is not to say I don't also enjoy goofy kid jokes (about the only kind I can remember) or just wondering about the universe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every morning when I wake up, I see 14,000 foot mountains and a small town nestled by the river; this is pretty amazing. I have also experienced the northern lights, rafted the Grand Canyon, and cycled from Paris to Barcelona. Most amazing thing? Watching kids become themselves.
