PHILOSOPHY
*Everyone has the capacity for compassion, although sometimes our social conditioning makes it difficult to access. We are most likely to be able to access it when met with respect for our autonomy.
* Everything anyone says or does is an attempt to meet basic human needs.
* Our world offers sufficient resources to meet the needs. Scarcity is created by lack of creativity and ineffective systems
*Privilege and oppression exist

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at a really cool ladies' house in New Orleans. At a house I lived at in Oklahoma City a couple of couch surfers stayed over... they were sweety pies.

Interests

I'm interested in what helps me live most in harmony with my values. I've lived off grid, practicing permaculture in community for 5 years. We raise dairy goats. We try to live on a gift economy basis and practice income sharing. I'm part of a facilitation team that shares Nonviolent Communication in a local prison.
