ABOUT ME

I'm a principal of a remote community in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The school has 30 kids and is called Dawul Remote Community School...Dawul means barramundi in Woolah(the traditonal language of this area). The community is called Doon Doon Station and has a population of 70. It's sorrounded by ranges, gorges and amazing wildlife. I am very lucky to have callen the East Kimberley home for the past 13 years and love sharing it with people. Imagine...the movie 'Australia', take out some of the daggy acting and check out the backdrop....my home, actually the cattle in the mustering scene...they're from Doon Doon!

Anyhoo, my life revolves around my work during the weekdays but on the weekend, I'm usually out bush fishing or watching our local football(AFL) team play (The Port Wyndham Crocs AND planning my next travel adventures.

Hosted a couple of times and have answered emails answering questions about the Kimberley area....surfed and met up with people while travelling.
