About Me
CURRENT MISSION
learn some basic German.
ABOUT ME
My degree is in graphic design, but I am currently working as a graphic and product designer. I love my job...even though I work some crazy hours sometime. I would say I'm a pretty chill person, I get along with just about everyone. I also think I have kind of a quirky sense of humor...I like to find the funny in just about everything. I really love getting to know people and finding out what inspires them. It's so interesting to me to learn about other people/cultures/religions/languages etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Well, ideally, I would host someone, but I really doubt anyone is traveling to Logan...it's kind of a boring place...but it is pretty! Especially in the summer. I would love to be able to meet people in other countries and areas, I think it is such a genius idea to get to really know a place better, beyond the normal tourist scene.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love classic Hollywood - Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, James Garner, Bing Crosby, Doris Day...etc. I also really like westerns, especially John Wayne movies. I'm a fan of James Bond movies, I've seen pretty much all of them. Loved Iron Man, I have a huge crush on Robert Downey Jr. (nevermind that he is my dad's age...). Batman Begins/Dark Knight were pretty epic. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy...oh man. I love classic 80s movies like The Breakfast Club and Goonies, I also love movies that really seem to transport you back in time and immerse you in the feeling of life then, like Forrest Gump.
I like music. Who doesn't? I wish I were better at playing music...but unfortunately, my brother got 90% of the musical talent in the family. What a jerk. Hah. Just kidding. Anyway, I am always interested in finding cool bands and artists, so introduce me to something you're into.
Hunger Games. Screwtape Letters (and pretty much anything else C.S. Lewis). Tale of Two Cities. The Book Thief. To Kill a Mockingbird. John Grisham books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing the Grand Teton, one of the tallest peaks in the U.S.
I made a pilgrimage to the St. Bernard hospice in Switzerland and got to hang out with the monks and nuns for a few days. So cool.
