CURRENT MISSION

Travelling the world for a year. Was meant to be meeting up with my London mates in NZ, but their plans changed. So I'm looking for new mates, preferably with couches.

ABOUT ME

I got bored of being a "material girl" (big love of pretty shoes, champagne and a career) in London and packed my little rucksack to explore the world. I am now a non-shopping, non-working, non bored traveller. I have have added writing to my passions and am often seen with my little white laptop, giggling at my own stories.

PHILOSOPHY

If you died tomorrow, you would have to be able to say "I've lived my life well. I have made the most of it." People who don't lead their lives the way they want to make me sad.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do not have a couch at the moment, since I am travelling the world for a year. I intend to make up for it when I get back to London, or wherever the future might take me. I am a good guest and always contribute to the household. I have had many friends and friends of friends staying over and am a pretty happy host. I therefore know what makes a guest a good guest and will do my very best to be just that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Am new to couch surfing, but have slept on many sofas, in spare rooms etc at friend's houses. They never complain, and I always get invited back. Some of them call me their 'pet'...

Interests

Travelling and writing about it. Also love design, good architecture and pretty things. I do love a good night out, or in, as long as it involves good conversations, lots of banter, giggles and maybe a spot of sofa-dancing late at night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This trip is quite amazing and I have lots and lots of highlights to share. I also think living in London, and I mean REALLY living the London life-style was pretty cool. And then there was that time when I lived in Senegal, and Paris... lots of amazing things... where do I start

Teach, Learn, Share

Oh, let me think. I am quite good at listening to a problem, analysing it and then working out a solution with the person who has the problem. I am very good at 'empowering' people and making them feel like they can do anything. I'd say I give good advice on life in general. My attitude to life is quite positive, and I think it is catching.
