Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, so some years ago I'm embarqued myself in this adventure across South America, and after 8 months of traveling I returned to Montevideo. I knew some great people, had some crazy experiences and learnt things about myself that can only be learnt in this kind of experiences. Now I know, as I always knew, that traveling is a part of me, and I'm just waiting for another adventure. In the meanwhile, I plan to repay some of the great Karma that was given to me, trying to show other travelers my little country, and make them feel welcomed.
I'm an ecclectic nerd. I can be calmed and stay at home reading books, listening music and playing games. I even I have my own D&D party. I can be also extroverted and spent all night talking to people, dancing and drinking., which I usually do.
Music, Movies, and Books
I had been reading much less nowdays than before, but I enjoy reading complex and annoying books. Favourite are Julio Cortazar, some Conrad's and Sci fi classics.
Music: Indie and Folk rock are what I'm listening right now, REM and Radiohead are always on my MP3, Simon and Garfunkel marked my way of thinking in many ways. Though I really listen EVERYTHING.
Movies: comercial and indepandant, I have seen many of both. Shawshank Redemption marked what I am, and for sure I wouldn't be in CS if I hadn't seen Into the Wild. Amelie, American beauty, the Eel, all were great.
